Povince Nomination Program (PNP)
An applicant who is a skilled worker and willing to stay in specific province can apply for PNP. This program is on the basis of occupation demand list. To be eligible, an applicant has to get desired points of the respected province. This point system gives points of education, age, years of experience and IELTS score.
Provinces where a candidate can apply under PNP without job offer letters are:
- Saskatchewan
- Quebec
- Manitoba (an applicant must have blood relative or a friend in this province)
An applicant who has submitted his express entry profile and lacking in CRS to get “Invitation to Apply” can apply for PNP +EE application.
There are two ways to apply for PNP +EE application:
- You can apply from website of province under an Express Entry stream. The candidate will get 600 points and can add in his express entry profile to get ITA; if he gets nominated. Provinces where a candidate can apply under express entry stream are :
- Saskatchewan
- Nova Scotia
OR
- An applicant may get “Notice of Interest” from the province to apply for its nomination. The candidate will get 600 points and can add in his express entry profile to get ITA; if he gets nominated.
Provinces from where a candidate may get “NOI” under express entry stream are:
- Ontario
- Alberta
- Prince Edward Island
